Low Density Artificial Turf
Our range of low-density artificial grass includes both short pile and long pile grass, ranging in length from as little as 6mm to as high as 20mm, including measures of 7mm, 12mm and 15mm, depending on the type of turf you choose.
The density of the artificial turf refers to the number of yarns, or grass blades, per square inch of grass. The lower stitch rate also means that they are usually of a lower weight as there are not as many tufts of grass fibre.
Artificial turf is manufactured from yarns of plastic and latex, and a lower number of yarns produces long-lasting synthetic fibres that is less dense and does not appear as thick as other types of artificial grass.
This type of artificial grass is a great option if you are on a budget. We recommend low density artificial grass for small areas that don’t have much foot traffic as it will be less likely to be worn down over time.
Although it is not the case for all the types of artificial grass in this range, the longer pile may be more expensive. When you purchase your low density artificial grass from Go Artificial Grass, you can benefit from making some great savings.
We offer a selection of different lengths in green, but we also stock our 6mm low-density artificial grass in an array of different colours, including pink, blue, black, turquoise, red and white. This means you can go for a natural look, or something completely different.
